Thomas Went has been promoted to senior account executive. After working as an account executive for 13 months under Cathy Hayward and Xenia Kingsley, he has moved up and will now be taking on a more senior role within the company.
In his new role, Tom will be the main point of contact after Xenia Kingsley for their clients. He will also take on a more active role managing the team’s intern and account executive. The promotion not only acknowledges his work so far, but also prepares him for further progression and personal development at Magenta.
Of his promotion, Tom has said: “The past year has been great fun and a real learning curve. I’ve had the good fortune to work alongside some excellent colleagues, who have given me the opportunity to develop new skills in a very encouraging environment. I’m looking forward to taking on the next challenge, whatever that may be.”
