Magenta Associates, the integrated communications consultancy specialising in the built environment, has launched its latest free guide to support businesses with the return to the workplace. The ‘Communicating the Return to the Office’ guide is available to download from the Magenta website and is part of a long series of guides published by the consultancy throughout the pandemic.
The ‘Communicating the Return to the Office’ guide features advice on deciding on stakeholders, creating the right messaging, choosing suitable tools and channels, and a step-by-step account on planning the return to work.
The latest guide arrives shortly after the UK Government confirmed that all restrictions will be lifted on 19th July and that it will be up to employers to determine whether their staff should be in the office or not.
Cathy Hayward, chairman of Magenta Associates, comments:
“Since the start of the pandemic, it has been our prerogative to support our clients, their employees, and others throughout the industry through a series of workplace guides and webinars. We recognise the issues involved around communicating with remote workers or communicating workplace change, and that businesses needed considerable support in adapting to the new workplace landscape.
“With restrictions now lifting, people will be equally anxious about returning to the office just as they were leaving it last year. We understand that addressing these concerns and communicating the step in a clear, transparent and open way is crucial.”
