Magenta has started working with Autonomous FM, one of the UK’s newest and most innovative virtual providers of FM.
Autonomous combines contractor management systems, unique apps and a multi-lingual contact centre. They work behind the scenes, managing soft and hard management services for various clients through their managing agent model. They provide a virtual team that is tailored to each individual business, to relieve the pressure that comes with managing vendors.
Born out of the idea that there is a better way to manage TFM, they wanted to give more control back to both the client, and vendors. Autonomous has thus created a fully independent and unbiased FM solution.
Magenta’s Esme Banks Marr and Alice Finney will work with the Autonomous team on a range of PR projects including content creation, media relations, social media and marketing collateral.
