With a BSc in biology from the University of York and a background in marketing and student journalism, Ellie’s passion lies in turning complex information into engaging and relevant content. She works with a range of Magenta’s clients on both short- and long-form pieces. Her move from biology to content writing occurred via a brief spell in circus school.
Ellie is currently studying for a Master’s in Media Practice for Development and Social Change at the University of Sussex. Her varied background has been an attempt at exploring the innumerable ways in which we communicate. Outside work, Ellie is involved with some social and environmental advocacy groups but mostly she’s just trying to keep her plethora of houseplants alive.
