We’re looking for a new employee experience manager – will you help us?
We’re looking for someone with a big heart and lots of energy to:
- deliver the best possible employee experience
- evolve and run our health and wellness programme
- “beautify” the office (& keep our plants alive)
- ensure we’re all working comfortably (wherever we are)
- streamline work processes
- support the ‘M people’
- play an active role in the marketing team
- take charge of events
- build and nurture the Magenta community (keeping in touch with suppliers, associates, local businesses, charities)
- help us become a better business

- £25k – £30k basic, plus performance-related bonus
- Part-time or full-time (min 30 hours a week)
