Magenta is a specialist PR agency for the built environment sector. We work with a wide range of clients from large interiors design firms and facilities management providers to small software companies and consultants – anybody with an interest in work and the workplace. Founded in spring 2011 by MD Cathy Hayward, the company is based in Brighton, with a satellite office in Lancaster and a drop-down space in London. As a small team, we are hard-working but flexible, informal and fun.
You will find yourself doing everything from writing press releases, features, blogs and white papers, pitching to the press, creating and evaluating PR campaigns, to organising events, and meeting with clients. At the same time, you will study for a recognised qualification through the Public Relations Consultants Association which will help you to develop both your PR skills and also softer skills such as time management.
