We are Magenta, a fast growing B2B communications agency, and need to find a brilliant new office manager for our office on Seven Dials.
You will be responsible for managing the company’s invoicing and bookkeeping, employee benefits including the pension, conducting inductions and organising the company’s quarterly team days and annual trip overseas together with day-to-day management of an office of ten people. You will have experience of working for a small business in a similar role, be a proven self-starter who is happy working on their own initiative, but also as part of a team.
In return we offer a salary of £25k, 25 days’ holiday, private healthcare, company pension, offices in sunny Brighton and an informal, but hardworking environment. Flexible or part-time work, to fit in with other commitments, would be available for the right candidate.
