Greg Bortkiewicz is a senior account manager and digital lead at Magenta. He is experienced in search engine optimisation (SEO) and supports both Magenta and our clients with SEO campaigns to improve their digital presence.
This work was recognised with a CIPR PRide award in 2022 for ‘Best Integrated Campaign’ for ongoing work with client Business Moves Group that combined SEO, PR and other communications tactics.
He has been published in outlets including The Times and TechRound, and is currently leading on a ChatGPT research project in partnership with the University of Sussex.
Greg has always been interested in media and is a keen writer, so PR and communications is a natural fit for him. He started his career at the University of Brighton Students’ Union in a two-person marketing and communications team, where he had to hit the ground running.
Greg then moved to the US, where he lived for five years. He worked at a PR agency in San Francisco with clients from a range of industries including retail, property and tech. Greg also spent some time at an early childhood education charity in Oakland, California.
Greg has previously volunteered on the membership committee of CoreNet UK and enjoys going to industry events.
Outside of work, Greg enjoys football, volunteering, reading and video games.
